Project Administrator - Gold Coast
- To maintain filing system dan recording data of project document and other related material
- To carry out confidential administrative duties for the Department
- Making summary report about project's progress
- Reporting project's progress to Project Manager
- Candidates at least possess as a Diploma of Architect or Civil
- Preferebly with three years of working experience as project administration
- Good analytical thinking & good interpersonal skill
- Mastering in computer especially MS office program and having good administrative skill
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Reviewing consultant's concept design
- Supervising and reporting project's progress continually based on project's time-table
- Organizing all working process with related project department
- To conduct contractors to make planning project development
- To guide and evaluating subordinate performance to maintain project development
- Identifying and reporting project's progress to Construction Manager
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from reputable university.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Structure & Finishing Inspector from developer company, consultant, or contractor, especially in high rise building project.
- Ability to read and implement the working drawings (shop drawings) into the method implementation.
- Strong team work skill.

- Monitoring and controlling inventory, assets, and another GA administration.
- Controlling WPR and purchase order.
- Monitoring company events.
- Making report.
- Report to HRGA Manager.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
