PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Role :
• Supervision and monitor on shipping part accessories in warehouse
• Preparing display product for event
• Handle project that related to LCGC product
• Analyze market equation and future product planning
Requirements:
• Male, age maximum 28 years
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university with major in Mechanical Engineering / Master Degree (with min. 1 year experience) in the same
• Have 4 years working experience in automotive industry
• Good analytical skill and detail oriented
• Have driving licenses (SIM A)
• Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office & Email
• Good looking, good communication skill, good personality and negotiation skill
• Team player,independent, and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English both oral & written (TOEFL min.500)
SALES AREA
Role :
• Visiting dealer in regularly to know real condition and create improvement
• Create external (market) analysis to help dealer achieved target selling
• Create internal (dealer) analysis to measure the weaknesses and strengths of sales productivities
• Provide consultation to help dealer improve productivities
• Encourage dealer to implement SOS and management prospecting (ITS) continuously
• Build two ways communication between PT SIS and dealer effectively
Requirements:
• Male/Female, Max. 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable University with major in economics or management (Master Degree is preferable)
• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field
• Good analytical skill and detail oriented
•
• Good English communication (both oral and written) with TOEFL Score Min. 550
• Interesting in automotive industry
• Team player, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Have a driving license A
• Willing to travel
SALES STRATEGIC
Role:
• Expand relationship with leasing company
• Analyzing leasing performance in every leasing company
• Analyzing leasing package for Suzuki
• Develop leasing service level to increase selling
Requirements:
• Female/Male, age around 27 – 40 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable university with major in Economics
• Have at least 4 years working experience in automotive leasing
• Good in analysis thinking, negotiation, and finance analysis
• Good understanding in automotive sales strategy
• Excellent in human management and decision making
• Have leadership skill
• Fluent in English both oral/written (TOEFL min.500)
DATABASE ANALYST
Role:
• Collecting and monitoring data from Group Brand and other section that related with brand development
• Analyze data to create conclusion or recommendation to Group Brand and other section that related with brand development
• Compare and evaluate Suzuki event with competitor
• Preparing monthly report to Group Brand and other section that related with brand development
• Create methodology of collecting database marketing after event
Mapping, analyzing and evaluating external media
Requirements:
• Male, age Max. 35 years
• Bachelor degree from reputable university with major in Statistic or Mathematics
• Have at least 3 years working experience in Market Research
• Good in analysis thinking and Detail oriented
• Have leadership skill
• Fluent in English both oral/written (TOEFL min.550)
