1. Product Marketing Coating
  • Bachelor degree from Chemical or Environmental Technology from reputable University
  • Develop marketing strategies for Coating products
  • Develop material an deliver technical briefing & training to Sales and Clients for Coating products, technologies and campaign activities
  • Cordinate and maintain good relationship with principals for broader technical & product reviews
  • Support and conduct early product evaluation, demo and benchmarks
  • Target oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Have strong communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Fluent spoken and Writen English
2. Product Marketing Fire Alarm System
  • Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering with GP min 2,75
  • Develop marketing strategies and benchmark for Fire Alarm Products
  • Develop material an deliver technical briefing & training to Sales and Clients for Fire Alarm products, technologies and campaign activities
  • Cordinate and maintain good relationship with principals for broader technical & product reviews
  • Support and conduct early product evaluation, demo and benchmarks

3. Project Sales Group Leader
  • Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field
  • GPA minimum 2.75
  • Experience as Sales / Marketing minimum 2 year
  • Having experience in EPC company is preferable
  • Possess good knowledge in selling process,project tender, project cycle, communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements, negotiating tender and contract terms

5. Quality Control Audit Project
  • Pendidikan S1 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Elektro / Teknik Industri / Teknik Kimia
  • Fresh Grad / Pengalaman di bidang QC
  • Menguasai Ms Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
  • Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan di luar kota (Site project)
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas produk pada saat datang (incoming)
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan produk pada saat proses di project
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas produk pada saat produk selesai dirakit (outgoing)
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas produk di lokasi project
  • Menemukan masalah dari setiap produk yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi pada saat masuk & keluar dan memberi ide perbaikan
6. Teknisi Trainee Pompa
  • Sebagai trainee akan mengikuti pelatihan selama 6 bulan (30% In Class Training & 70% On The Job Training)
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan prosss assembling pompa & instalasi Panel Control system
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan penanganan perbaikan Pompa dan Panel Control System
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan perbaikan Pompa dan Panel Control System di Workshop maupun Customer
Requirement :
  • Laki-laki
  • Pendidikan min lulusan SMK / D3, jurusan Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Elektro dari Sekolah / Perguruan Tinggi terkenal
  • Memiliki IPK min 3,00 (untuk gelar D3)
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang pompa air, Rotating Equipment dan komponen panel listrik Berketerampilan baik dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office (Excel & MS. Word) ataupun Linux
  • Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun dibidang yang sama
  • Fresh graduate dipersilahkan untuk melamar

7. Product Marketing Water (code : PM Water)
  • Preferred S1 Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
8. Product Marketing Electrical (code : PM Electrical )
  • Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering both for High Voltage and Low Voltage major
General Requirement:
  • Responsible to make annual work plan
  • Responsible of the implementation, supervising, and checking the annual work plan
  • Report the result of work to Product Marketing Group Head
  • Understand the basic concept of product marketing
  • Strong in Product Marketing Management skill
  • Possess good knowledge in negotiation skill and presentation skill
  • Fluent in English oral and written

9. Mechanical (code : ME) / Technical Engineering (code : TE)
  • S1 Technical Engineering or Mechanical engineering(Fresh Graduate are welcome )
  • Possess good knowledge in design a system, and create technical documents
  • Able to analyze the material needs and estimate the cost
  • Able to prepare project data book
  • Able to operate MS Office and Auto Cad
  • Proven competency & experience in Project Engineering / Construction and Professional Engineer certification would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English oral and written
10. Sales Engineering Trainee (code : SE Trainee )
  • As Trainee you will be trained for 6 months ( 30 % in class room & 70% OJT)
  • Modul training Product knowledge, selling skills, policy and SOP in Business Process, mentoring, sharing knowledge, etc
  • Passed training you will be assign to power plant site t to maintain relationship with potential customer, create a new project, close the dealing, control the delivery and invoice time, etc
  • Willing to be placed in Serang, Cilegon, Semarang, Bali, Sukabumi, Indramayu, Purwakarta
  • S1 Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering from Reputable University
11. Sales Engineering
  • S1 graduated from Industrial or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Possess good knowledge in power plant, construction, EPC, mining or oil & gas industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Build new customer & grow more business to existing customers
  • Maintain a good relationship with customer
  • Fluent in English oral and written
12. CRO (Customer Relation Officer)
  • Female. Max 30 years
  • S1 Industrial Engineering / Economic
  • Min GPA. 3.00
  • Min 1years experience in sales / fresh grad
  • Able to work as a team
  • Good Communication skill
  • Fluent in English especially conversation
  • Good computer skill (for making report)
13. After Sales Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Design and setting system and procedure for after sales service
  • Monitoring ASS team activities in Jakarta and branches (Surabaya and Balikpapan)
  • Maintaining On Time Schedule; On Quality; and On Budget
  • Handling Fast Response for Trouble Shooting
  • Service oriented with target Zero Claim from customers
Requirements:
  • Male
  • S1 Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
  • GPA min 3.00
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in After Sales Service (ASS)
  • Experience in ASS Automotive is preferred
  • Knowing After Sales Service process
  • Knowing in handling customer’s claim
  • Able to read construction design/layout
  • Good English (Active)
  • Able to operate Ms. Office
  • Able to make analysis and work reports
14. Cost Accountant
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of raw materials inventory and valuation
  • Make a cost production report and COGM
  • Monitor finished goods inventory and valuation
  • Calculate COGS and report to GL
  • Stock opname
Qualifications:
  • S1 Accounting
  • Min 2years experienced
