1. HSE MANAGER (Code : HSEM)

Qualification :
  • Max. 40 years old
  • Minimum 8 years experience as Health Safety Environment (HSE) in mining
  • Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health / environment engineering
  • Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
  • Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
  • Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
  • Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
  • Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
  • Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
  • Willing to be place in our site project (Tanjung, South Kalimantan)
2. MINE PLANNER (Code : MPL)

Qualification :
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree of Mining
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
3. PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER (Code : PGL)

Qualification :
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree related to each position
  • 2-3 years experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining area
  • Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License
  • Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project
4. SURVEY ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER (Code : SURVEYGL)

Qualification :
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering
  • Min. 2 - 3 years experience as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
  • Have a POP License would be an advantage
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
  • Willing to be placed in our site project
5. DRILL & BLAST GROUP LEADER (Code : DBGL)

Qualification :
  • Max 35 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
  • Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting,
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
  • Willing to be placed in our site project
6. OFFICER RESEARCH OPERATION (Code : OFF - RO)

Qualification :
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree Of Statistica/ Mechanical / Mining Engineering ( ITB, Undip,UI,UGM, IPB)
  • (GPA: 3 ~ up)
  • Minimal 2 Years experience in mining
  • Active English
  • Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Will be based in Head Office Jakarta
7. PIT CONTROL GROUP LEADER (Code : PC-GL)

Qualification :
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining
  • Min. 2 - 3 years experience as a mine engineer in the area of mining industry
  • Have a POP License would be an advantage
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project
8. DIPLOMA PREPARATION PROGRAM (Code : DPP)
  • Max. 25 years old
  • Diploma Degree Mechanical / Otomotive / Conversion Energy / Heavy Equipment/ Electro and Electronica Engineering
  • (GPA: 2,75 ~ up)
  • Hight Min 165 cm
  • Passive English
  • Physically and Mentally Fit
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project
9. OFFICER TAX (Code : OFF - TAX)
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor / Diploma Degree from Accounting
  • (GPA: 2,75 ~ up)
  • 4 - 5 years experience as Accounting / Tax Officer / Senior Officer
  • Brevet A & B
  • Active English
  • Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Will be based in Head Office Jakarta
10. MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : MECH)

Qualification :
  • Max. 35 years old
  • 2 - 4 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • BMC License preferred
  • Base in Kalimantan
  • Able to work in a team
  • Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100
  • Willing to be placed in our site project
