- Responsible for daily secretarial support such as filing document, correspondences, minutes of meeting and prepare presentation slides and meeting materials
- Manage the storage and security of documents
- Handling data reports related duties as required
- Age maximum 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Insurance Administration or Insurance Management
- Minimum 2 year of working experiences as secretary or administration in Actuary Dept.
- Computer literate, especially MS. Office is a must
- Good Performance, strong communication skills and highly self confidence
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
- Responsible for development web applications in various projects
- Able to set and support network system, Database and server
- Support, maintain and enhance existing web application and infrastructure
- Perform testing of web applications as necessary
- Provide new web applications training to user
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Minimal S1 Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Web Programmer
- Has a knowledge of principles and practices of systems analysis, design and development
- Proficient in SQL Server, ASP.Net, PHP and Java Script
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
- Create creative design concept for the entire marketing communication materials (advertisements, merchandise, brochures, flyers, etc.)
- Actively participate in brainstorming ideas, developing and implementing marketing communications strategies
- Coordinates with internal teams and external (vendors) to ensure the best design
- Provide information and data supporting the design and ensure the approval of the relevant departments
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree from Graphic Design
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Graphic Designer
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual, detail & well organized
- Have good personality, interpersonal & communication skill.
