Pada tahun 2000, L’Oréal mengambil alih seluruh pengawasan operasionalnya dan menambah satu entiti perusahaan lagi yaitu, PT L’Oréal Indonesia.

Untuk memperkuat kehadirannya di Indonesia, saat ini PT L’Oréal Indonesia menangani aktivitas pemasaran L’Oréal, termasuk kegiatan pendistribusian. Sementara PT Yasulor Indonesia tetap berkonsentrasi di bidang manufaktur dan memasok lebih dari 80% hasil produksinya ke negara-negara Asia seperti: Thailand, Singapura, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Filipina, Cina, Jepang,  Korea, Vietnam, India dan Myanmar.

Digital and PR Manager

You will be responsible for setting up Digital Strategy of Professional Product Division and coordinate PR activities of the division.

Product Manager for L'Oreal Paris

You will be responsible to :
  • Understand market and consumer expertise
  • Orchestrate the launches
  • push growth of pillar products
  • contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
  • Make recommendations on media, implement media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
Qualifications:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree preferably from Marketing or Business
  • Min. 4 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong drive and communication skill
  • Able to speak and write in English
Key Account Manager and Trainer

You will be responsible to:
  • Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of retailers/clients account, in accordance with the strategy of division and brands
  • Create an annual business plan/trade marketing plan taking into account levers of growth to achieve brand results (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and the profitability of brands within the account.
  • Lead or participate in the negotiations with retailers/clients on key launches, space, location and stock. Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships with the trade marketing.
  • Establish and implement the plan including trade marketing/animation/ merchandising/training. Follow up return-on-investment of actions and animations. Support the development of the account, including e-retail.
  • Drive the performance of their accounts (P & L). Manage stock agreements with trade partners. Monitor contracts/invoices associated with the brand. Prepare and conduct brands strategy meetings with the trade marketing.
  • Orchestrate and coach all account interlocutors. Engage with retail teams to deliver trade plans. Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department). Work closely with other account managers and retail teams. Represent the retailer/client internally
TRAINER
  • Train, Develop, Motivate Sales Field Team
  • Manage Training Calendar and Budget
  • Involvement in Events liasons with make-up artists, bloggers, VIPs
Qualifications:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any discipline
  • Min. have 5 years working experience in the related field. Preferable have the esperience in retail, Beauty, Fashion, Publishing, Arts
  • Has strong drive and communication skill
  • Able to speak and write in English
