Currently we are seeking for suitable candidate to fill the following position:REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Required languages:
- English
- Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 years of working experience in supervisory on:
- Working in laboratory environment
- Accomplishment on production lab figures of merit (turnaround time, quality, and reliability)
- Working with GC analytical instrumentation (with multiple detector)
- Analysis with an equivalent technical knowledge base
- Preparation and analysis of gases samples for analysis (via GC, analyzer instrument, and other techniques)
- Excellent chromatography analytical background
- Knowledge of ISO 17025
- Preferably Manager specializing in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Contract position available.
- Ensure the productivity of assigned laboratories and equipment are in line with KPI objectives.
- Maintain detailed schedule of all works within the team showing the planned day-to-day activity of all team members.
- Maintain assigned laboratories, equipments, and systems in a compliant manner.
- Ensure training plans are in place for all team members and the appropriate training is provided.
- Work with team members to ensure that all analysis requests are completed on time.
- Ensure that all team members complete quality documents on time and as appropriate standard.
- Ensure adherence to the ISO 17025, 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 requirements for lab operations.
- Collect, trend, and report KPI for the team.
- Work with the appropriate scientists and other staff to contribute to the development & validation of new techniques and methods.
- Assure the accident and incident free conduct of employees in the laboratory area.
- Contribute to the safety, quality, and direction of overall laboratory services in the laboratory operations.
- Adapt and adjust to new requirements in the laboratory setting.
