Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Monitoring dan control effectivitas spg/b.
- Monitoring dan analisa omzet penjualan.
- Reqruitment spg/b baru.
- Handle complain customer.
- Coaching skill team.
- PIC kebutuhan marketing collateral untuk SPG/B.
- Monitoring dan controlling admin spg & team leader.
- Training dan penempatan spg/b baru.
- Membina hubungan baik toko dan SPG/B.
- Mengatur jadwal meeting SPG/B setiap bulan.
- Maksimal 35 tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal D3 segala jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama.
- Memiliki leadership yang bagus, tegas, disiplin, cekatan,bertanggung jawab dan berorientasi pada target.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
- Menguasai komputer (microsoft office).
Sales Admin
Responsibillities :
- Handle all administration project
- Support the Sales Team
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Minimum diploma in any major, Fresh Graduated are welcome
- At least 1 years experience of experience in related field is required for this position
- Ability to speak engglish fluently, speaking and written
- Familiar with computer system (Microsoft office)
- Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skill, honest, multi tasking, able to handle matters, and able to work independent or in a team as well as under pressure
