Sparepart Technician
The role will be responsible for the following activities:
Ensuring valid part numbers
- Verify part numbers of the part catalogue with the factory
- Support Dealership in spare part queries
- Monitoring of spare part demands in different applications
- Using your expertise to predict common spare part demand in different applications
- Create rules for average live time of spare parts to predict damages before they happen
- Supporting fleet Customers with concepts of customer side warehouses
- Research about the availability of our parts on the grey market
- University degree from Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in automotive industry with practical experience in workshop area trucks repair
- Strong technical knowledge in trucks products/parts
- Good communication in English
- Good knowledge on parts business in Indonesia market
The role will be responsible for the following activities:
KPI development and compiling
- Create a report regarding order and part delivery times
- Compile a monthly dealer report and educate the dealer in proving a report in the correct way as well
- Share a fact sheet regarding our Customer Service performance to support the sales team
- With your deep understanding of the customer service business you point out points for improvement
- Work together with related teams of dealer development and workshop consultant to develop countermeasures
- Conduct a Customer Satisfaction Studies in a proper time interval
- University degree from any engineering, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills
- Orientation to detail and self-driven
- Strong reporting skills, able to product Powerpoint reports
- Good communication in English
