- Responsibilities: handling customer complaint, quality improvement & problem solving, people development, customer education and satisfaction, handling scheduling and monitoring of system and procedure, and making system of quality agreement

- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.

- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients, and Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Reviews work of development team.
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Communicates and enforces coding standards
- Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
- Generate ideas for improving technical products
- To ensure the effective delivery of all in-house technical repair and maintenance
Requirements:
- Age 35-45 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree/ Post's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronical, Chemical) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years as Factory Manager with +/- 1000-1800 employees
- Proven knowlegde of budgeting, standard of manufacturing performance ( wastage, productivity, sales return, cost reduction program), planning, human resource and allocation, standard of health & safety environment, obligation, and strategy
- Be knowledgable of industrial manufacturing, packaging technic, manufacture/production industry process, critical point process, capacity utility & machinery, product and raw material knowledge
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Computer literacy and good command in English (speaking & writing)
