1. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Open product market to new clients
- Visit client for product presentation and negotiation
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports
- Achieve sales target set by company
- Controlling sales activity & collecting from customer
- Supervise and provide guidance to the sales team and resolve all sales and operation issues
- Maximum age 40 years old
- S1 Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industry Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 - 10 years industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of sales marketing technique, pricing strategy, and basic rules of bidding/tender submission.
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Able to adapt with new environment and accept challenges
- Quick learner, problem solver and high motivation
- Good management, presentation, communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer literate : Ms. Office
- Will be based in Jakarta but have high frequency of traveling to other city.
Responsibilities :
- Expertise in product (knowledge, features, development, research, industry and numbers).
- Customer oriented, fast response in handling complaint
- Manage the current and new products.
- Provide information of products including the theory & application to the other workers
- Prepare the Introduction of product to the customer or end user.
- Prepare the guideline for technician and foreman to work as the product’s procedure.
- Introducing new product to the potential customer
- Working with internal and external parties to ensure the products are acceptable with customer.
- Research on new products to increase sales activity.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their promotion method.
- Working with sales engineer and representative for sales activity.
- Communicate with principal on market demand.
- Develope business relation with all potential market
- Male/Female with max. age 30 years old
- D3/S1 Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industry Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years industry experience preferred
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Able to adapt new environment and accept challenges
- Quick learner and high motivation
- Good management, communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer literate : Ms. Office

Responsibilities :
- Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
- Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
- Preparation of training manuals for users
- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running
- S1 Informatics / equivalent
- Have at least 1 – 5 years experience
- Basic Computer
- Network IT Knowledge
