Job Description:
- The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
- Report the Project Quality Audit Results to Corporate QHSE Team Leader and Project Manager.
- To establish Company Quality Plan including Quality Policy (based on Corp. QHSE Policy) and continually improve it.
- Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
- Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
- The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Produce and develop the Project Quality Training Plan. Ensure implementation of the plan. Ensure that training records are maintained.
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager
- Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the Consultant and Owner
- Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
- Quality Assurance Manager is the representative of the project and has the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required along with strong experience in construction project
- Can manage and work with teams
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor engaged in general building construction
- Strong knowledge of the ISO, Quality System and etc.
- Good understanding of project change administration and the effect of the quality aspects of the project
- English abilty is a must
Job Description:
- Responsible to calculate structure and others aspects of the designated project and will be responsible for all level of Qs's on the project
- Management of a quantity surveying program for a heavy civil construction project
- Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation
- Valuations – including value engineering and management
- Feasibility study
- Cost benefit analysis
- Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.)
- Risk analysis evaluationsAbility to speak clearly and exercise good judgment
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, engineering staff, consultants and owner’s representatives
- Ability to work under pressure
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Can manage and work with teams
- Skill to manage and prepare (by him/her self) Variation Order and Extension of Time with some extent of technical writing in English
- Knowledge of CPM (Construction Planning and Management)
- Familiar with FIDIC (especially YELLOW BOOK)
- Experience of BPKP (Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan) process
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor engaged in general building construction
- Strong knowledge of the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules
- Good understanding of project change administration and the effect of the quality aspects of the project
- Solid understanding of means and methods of construction for civil project work and/or the renovation of commercial and industrial facilities
- Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry
- English ability is a must
