- MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
- TRAINEE FIELD CONDUCTOR (TFC)
- Fresh Graduated atau maksimal 2 tahun dengan IPK Min. 3.00.
- Jurusan Teknik Kimia, Teknik Mesin(Mesin Produksi dan Konversi Energi) dan Teknik Elektro (Arus Kuat) untuk posisi MT
- Fakultas Pertanian jurusan Agribisnis. Agroteknologi. Budidaya Pertanian dan Ilmu Tanah untuk posisi TFC
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Unit, yang berlokasi di Sumatera & Kalimantan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, leadership, dan interpersonal yang baik, serta mandiri, ulet dan gigih dalam bekerja.
- Bersedia mcngikuti Program Pendidikan & Ikatan Dinas.
