MAP appointed seasoned hospitality expert Anthony Cottan to launch and manage the brand.

Starbucks Story

Our story began in 1971. Back then we were a roaster and retailer of whole bean and ground coffee, tea and spiceswith a single store in Seattle's Pike Place Market.From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. Starbucks Coffee Indonesia opened its first store in Plaza Indonesia, 17 May 2002. As of 1 March 2015, Starbucks Coffee Indonesia is now in 200 different locations all around major cities (12 cities), connecting to Indonesians one cup at a time.

Baristas
Baristas really are the face of Starbucks. They are an important part of our customers' day, and experts in handcrafting deliciously perfect beverages. Connecting and creating the moments that make a difference in each person's day.

• Single & max. 24 years old.
• Minimum one year experince in retail, hotel, and Food & Beverage industry
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Available to work in shift hours with 8 hours/shift & 2 days off/week.

Shift Supervisors
Shift Supervisors help direct work on the floor. Running a shift, leading a team, and making decisions that impact store operations. A great way to develop leadership skills and expanded responsibility. They also help create great experiences for partners and customers alike.

• Minimal Diploma graduate.
• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
• Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and by collaborating with store manager to find new, creative, and effective methods of recognition.

Store Managers
Store Managers run their own million-dollar business—from managing their store's operations to responsibility for financial results. This is not a back room management position. It's being on the front line, connecting with customers and partners. It's the opportunity to develop your own team, hiring and welcoming new partners and future leaders for your store.

• Minimal Diploma graduate.
• Customer service and retail experience including hotel or Food & Beverage industry (2 years preferred)
• Strong supervisory, teambuilding, and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Qualified candidates will have Retail Management Trainee as design by the company.
