Requirements
- Min. S1 majoring in Law or equivalent.
- Min. 1 year of experience in the related field, preferably staff (non management & non supervisor) specializing in Law/Legal services or equivalent.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Operating knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong understanding about Civil Law.
- Have an understanding of Indonesia Limited Company Regulation (UU PT).
- Energetic, love challenges and can be trusted.
- Thorough and experience in drafting of cooperation contracts
