Manager Pengembangan SDM dan Organisasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): talent management, recruitment and placement, organisation development, Human Resource Development.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferred from Human Resource consulting as Assesor.
- High motivation and good communication skill.
- Have a well-known knowledge about human resource and organizational development process.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
