Scope of Work : To support our customer’s requirements for network expansion and to enhance the network coverage as well as the network capacity we provide services in both build-to-suit and collocation schemes. We target infrastructure development for coverage hot spots including inner city, business districts, housing and residential developments as well as the main roads in Java, Bali, Sumatera and Batam. We are also expanding our footprint in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
Tower Bersama Group has initiated good partnership protocols with regulatory authorities to maintain best service continuity to our customers and compliance with national or local area regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to “menara bersama” tower development concepts.
Workforce :Tower Bersama Group has a workforce skilled and experienced in both build-to-suit and collocation site development as well as the acquisition of existing tower portfolios and tower companies. Our rollout teams are supported by technical design, new build and collocation engineering specialist and project management specialists across the country.
Design Engineer (CME) Section Head
Responsibiltiy:
- Reports to the Project Tech Support Dept. Head - PMO
- Support Roll-Out project team related Technical & CME Design
- Manage & monitoring all work activities related Technical & CME Design
- Internal & External Interaction & Coordination to make sure there are no blocking at Technical & CME Design side, during project deliverable process
- Managing the survey process of soil test/concrete test, analyze, design, Final BoQ, & Final BoQ signed by contractor 18 days since PO issued date
- Managing & make sure any feedback about BoQ built, 7 days since submitted date by contractor
- Managing & make sure the additional work at BoQ built has been delivered 100%
- Managing & make sure (100%) Quantity in final BoQ is save, effective, and efficient.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Having minimum 3 years experience as a Design Engineer in Telecommunication Company
- Having experience to manage/lead/supervise team on an organization work at Telco Project
- Familiar with design & CME Standard
- Having experience of working and counterpart with telecommunication operator (managerial level)
- Having experience of working and counterpart with CME consultant & contractor (managerial level)
- Able & having experience to analyze & designing tower, tower foundation, pole/tower at rooftop and other accessories CME work
- Able & having experience to running CME tools like (MS Tower, SAP2000, ETAB, STAAD-PRO, and Foundation Calculation
Responsibility:
- Status and follow up payment for outstanding AR to customer (operator telecommunication) and ensure on time collection
- AR going reporting and analysist, report for reconciliation, collect all outstanding invoice
- Cost control and financial figure analysist
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties relates to speed up the invoice issued
- Maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must be prossess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of professional experiences as Account Receivable
- Experience in tellecomunication industry is a privilege
- Good knowledge of reconciliation and AR Aging
- Computer literacy and have experience using accounting system
- Retaining leadership, problem solver, good communication, strong initiative, and interpersonal skill
- Highly motivated, hard working, discipline, adaptive, fast learner and able to work under pressure.
Responsibility:
- Review, analyze, improve the current contract and prepare a proposal for improvement of the contract
- Monitor, manage, control the fulfillment of contract compliance by TBG and customer
- Submit weekly report to superior for progress of implementation contract
- Submit all tracking issues related contractual issues to support superior Contract Management
- Serve as the point of contract for customers and internal TBG on contractual matters
- Socialization existing MLA including amandemen
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibility:
- Provide a comprehensive analysis on risk management
- Maintain and develop risk management system and documentation
- Provide recommendation for risk management standard reporting and working manual
- Manage risk management communication channel
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experiences in related field
- Good understanding of Business process flow and SOP
- Experience in risk mitigation, risk assessment, and risk management report from non-banking industry
- Strong analytical thinking & problem solving

Responsibility
- To review and to manage contract agreement with TBIG strategic partners (operators, network providers and principals)
- To complete pending items of content of cooperation agreement (contract)
- To improve and to optimize the terms described in the agreement against actual operational conditions, business risks and company policies
- To develop knowledge base system to fast track and socialise all agreements to related units in TBG
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law or equivalent.
