Requirement
- Bachelor (S1) Japanese Literature
- Diploma (D3) Japanese Literature
- Monitor the external dynamics and study their impact on company strategy
- Facilitate the Director and other stake holders to review, develop and propose company vision and mission strategy
- Facilitate divisions and departments in developing their strategy, KPI, target and initiative
- Communicate company strategy to all element within the organization.
- Age not older than 29 years (Fresh Graduate / Experience)
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale of 4)
- Able to Speak English and Japanese (Priority)
- Team oriented, self motivated, strong interpersonal & communication skills, leadership
- Willing work at manufacture base company.
