Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description :
  • Supporting sales team to ensure customers satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Operational Team to support and ensure prompt order entry, on time shipment, and delivery
  • Contact customers and work closely with Account Receivable team to settle payment 
  • Managing written legal customers agreements
  • Assist day-to-day administrative duties in Sales Department
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree from any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as sales admin, preferably from pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industry 
  • Good communication, interpesonal skill, detail-oriented and persistent person. 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sudirman, Jakarta Selatan.
Medical Representative

Job Description : 
  • Planning work schedules together with area sales team in weekly and monthly basis.
  • Arranging appointments with doctor, pharmacist and hospital medical team, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling. 
  • Demontrating or presenting products to healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacist. 
  • Building and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree from any field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in sales area from medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skill, and persistent person
  • Travelling required 
  • Applicants must be willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, or Bali.
