Job Description :
- Perform chief engineering tasks
- Will be responsible for site logistics and site selection activities
- Make weekly, monthly, annually maintenance schedule
- Checking and supervise all the cleaning, security, and parking operation schedule
- Ensure the SOP for the Mall, security and housekeeping are monitored and followed
- Helping out in increasing mall traffic through effective marketing events that will also help create a positive image
- Provide leadership to the technical & operational staff in the Mall to achieve optimum performance & efficiency
- Ensures Mall Operations is operating within the budget
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Have knowledge about the chiller units, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical engineering
- Good communication skill
- Having minimum 3 years experience as chief engineer
- Having 5 years experience in building maintenance
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Proficient in English both oral and written

Job Description :
- Handling daily tenant relation staff duties in giving support to tenant operation
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Architecture, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent from reputable university
- Having at least 2 years of working experience in shopping mall business
- Have experience in handling tenancy relations
- Have a good knowledge of daily tenant relations duties and responsibilities
- Have a good work attitude, discipline, willing to work hard and a team player
- Able to communicate with bilingual Japanese-English both oral and written
