1. Technician
Job Profile :
- Minimum has experience in the same position at least 2 years in hotel, mall or office building is A MUST
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma Degree majoring Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Civil Engineering
- Able to speak in English both oral and written
- Able to use AUTOCAD, SketchUp will be an advantage
- Responsible for entire job assignments
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil is A MUST
- Knowledgeable in HSE standards of engineering
- Good analytical thinking, firm, energetic, open minded, creative, innovative, enthusiasm, commitment with the job
- Able to adapt new environment, accept challenges and work in fact paced environment
- Customer oriented and give excellent service to tenants
- Could work in a team and work under pressure
- Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-discipline and self-motivated person

- Knowledgeable in HSE standards of engineering

- Having strong leadership skill and good communication skill
- Able to adapt new environment, accept challenges and work in fact paced environment
- Customer oriented and give excellent service to tenants

Job Profile :
- Minimum has experience in the same position and handle high risk building (office building, mall or hotel) IS A MUST at least 3 years
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree majoring Civil Engineering
- Able to speak in English both oral and written
- Able to use AUTOCAD, SketchUp
- Supervise the project and in line with target, standards of high risk and HSE building
- Responsible for entire job assignments
- Good analytical thinking, firm, energetic, open minded, creative, innovative, enthusiasm, commitment with the job
- Able to adapt new environment, accept challenges and work in fact paced environment
- Achieve the target based on schedule frame
- Having strong leadership skill and good communication skill
- Could work in a team, long working hours and under pressure
- Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-discipline and self-motivated person
Job Profile :
- Minimum has experience in the same position at least 3 years in MALL is A MUST
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree majoring Marketing/Communication/Management
- Able to speak in English both oral and written
- Responsible for entire job assignments
- Knowledgeable and experienced in LEASE UNIT IN MALL is A MUST (NOT in banking or financial services)
- Strong analytical thinking to identify potential tenants based on grade of mall
- Firm, energetic, open minded, creative, innovative, enthusiasm, commitment with the job
- Having good communication and sales negotiation skill
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters, including liaising with legal, fit-out department.
- Monitoring leasing, lease assignment, or lease termination on insolvent tenants
- Having good relationship with tenants, good in maintaining database of high/premium tenants
- Able to adapt new environment, accept challenges and work in fact paced environment
- Customer oriented
- Could work in a team and work under pressure
- Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-discipline and self-motivated person
