Kalimantan Timur – Melak – Kutai Barat
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to issue PO to Head Office, suppliers and vendor.
• Follow through all purchase orders issued to Head Office, suppliers and vendor and communicate effectively with other business units to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Monitor Open Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with Head Office, suppliers and vendor on incoming quality / discrepancy issues.
• Advise Site needs at timely basis pertaining to the delivery schedule
• Communicate and work closely with business units in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline with sound knowledge in all aspects of purchasing, logistic/shipments.
• At least 1 years of experience in order processing and purchasing.
• Male max 30 yeas old will be advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, organizing skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak - Kutai Barat.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Contract position available.
Logistic Foreman
Kalimantan Timur – Melak – Kutai Barat
Responsibilities:
• Proposed procurement of materials for equipment maintenance
• Monitor the material management.
• Specify materials that can be used or not
• Checking each PR (Purchase Request) and PO (Purchase Order) need from Senior Planner for Stock and Incidental to be forwarded to the Logistic SPV approval process.
• Manage and control parts, materials and other logistics to be in a condition ready for use.
• Managing and controlling inventory of parts, material and other logistics in order to compliance costs incurred do not exceed a predetermined budget.
• Checking the Inventory Reports parts, material and other logistics made by Logistics Crew.
Requirements:
• Male, Maks 35 years old
• Minimal D3 Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
• Understanding of heavy equipment materials.
• Understanding of control and purchasing management
• Understand and master of Unit Equipment
Safety Patrol
Bekasi ( Jawa Barat ) - Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
• Memonitor, mencatat , membuat laporan, dan menyelidiki kegiatan yang tidak semestinya di jalan hauling yang rawan kecelakaan dan situasi yang tidak biasa atau ilegal di daerah patroli.
• Memastikan keselamatan karyawan dan unit dengan menjaga ketertiban, menanggapi keadaan darurat, mencegah kecelakaan yang dapat merugikan semua pihak.
• Investigasi Kecelakaan
• Inspeksi K3L
Requirements:
• Diutamakan Pria dengan tubuh yang bugar dan sehat.
• Memiliki ketegasan dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
• Usia maksimal 40 tahun.
• Pendidikan minimal SMU.
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dengan posisi yang sama, atau pengalaman bekerja sebagai Security.
• Memiliki SIM A dan dapat mengemudi dengan baik
• Terbiasa menjalankan patroli di jalan hauling.

• Membantu membuat design SO
• Membantu proses pelanksanaan PMS dan administrasi PA
• Membantu proses assessment
• Membantu proses IDP hingga evaluasi
• Administrasi proses promosi
Requirements:
• Wanita atau Pria maks 27 tahun.
• Pendidikan min. S1 Manajemen/ Psikologi
• Dapat mengoperasikan Ms Excel dengan baik.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di OPD
• Memiliki kemampuan Performance Management System, Organitation Development, People Development.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
• Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai pertambangan.
