- Male/ Female
- Maximum ages 30 year old
- Diploma degree Majoring in Chemical Analist with Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
- High Level of English proficiency and computer literacy
- Strong leadership, dinamic, highly motivated and good communication skill
- Willing to be placed and located in all PT Dahana site projects
- Willing not to be married in Management trainee program (6 months)
