SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – MARINE & OFFSHORE
Position Description:
- Deliver Net Sales, Margin and other relevant metrics in the assigned area / country.
- Participate in sales projects in own responsibility area and report the progress to relevant stakeholders.
- May manage and lead a sales team. (Setting targets and reviewing the performance of the sales team).
- Execute or/and define action plans.
- Maintain and further develop present assigned customer relationships.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Organise and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers.

- Achieving his/her own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and A/R
- Making a good relationship with customer’s key people, especially with the decision makers
- Identify, report and manage potential risks detected in the assigned projects
- Understand the market trend, competitions, industry development, etc. and put into CRM as well.
- Collecting key customers feedback by planning, implement and make follow up action for CROL timely
